Today at Grappler's Quest the Xtreme Couture BCG Grappling Team won 13 medals. They did great. Im proud of them.

Roman Isbell successfully defended his Feather Weight Tuff N Uff title this past Thursday. It was a magnificent performance against a very tough opponent. Im was very impressed.

I awarded Frank Trigg his Black Belt today. He has been training closely with me for years and has improved drastically. A true killer on the mat. Congrats Frank, you deserve it.

Here is the breakdown. Kids expert div=2 silver. They adults: Beginners =1 gold 1 bronze. Intermediate=2 gold 4 silver 2 bronze. Advanced=1 gold 1 silver 2 bronze.
